  1. 2large chicken breast - cut into strips
  2. 2 tbspcooking oil
  3. 1 tbspgarlic & ginger (fresh)
  4. 1 1/2green pepper cut into strips
  5. 1 1/4 bunchspinach
  6. 1 1/4 bunchbrocolli
  7. 2carrots cut into strips
  8. 1onion, chopped
  9. 1 tbsporegano
  10. 1 tbspchicken spice
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspchili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan; add

    Mix all together for about 10 minutes; add

    Add spinach; carrots & brocolli and cover for 5 minutes. Mix it and serve. Never over Cook your vegetables; a little crunch is great"
