Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cupscake flour (about 200 grams)
  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter (about 110 grams)
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar (about 30 grams)
  • 1large egg
  • 1egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoonscheese powder (about 15 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsmilk powder (about 20 grams)
  • 1 cuppineapple filling (about 240 grams)

Steps

    Cream the softened butter with powdered sugar until smooth.

    Gradually add the egg and mix well.

    Add the cheese powder and mix.

    Add the milk powder and mix.

    Sift in the cake flour and fold until combined.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Divide the filling into 20-gram portions and the dough into 35-gram portions.

    Flatten the dough and wrap it around the filling.

    Press firmly into a mold with the palm of your hand.

    Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 12 minutes, flip, and bake for another 12 minutes.
