Sift in the cake flour and fold until combined.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Divide the filling into 20-gram portions and the dough into 35-gram portions.

Flatten the dough and wrap it around the filling.

Press firmly into a mold with the palm of your hand.

Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 12 minutes, flip, and bake for another 12 minutes.
