  1. 4 lbmeat
  2. 2 canblack beans
  3. 1 canchipotle in adobo
  4. 4 cuprice
  5. 3 cupChicken broth
  6. 5tomatoes
  7. 2red onions
  8. 1white onion
  9. 4jalapeños
  10. 2poblanos
  11. 8 clovegarlic
  12. 1 packageslime juice
  13. 1 bunchcilantro
  14. 1 envelopeshredded cheese
  15. 20tortillas
  16. 1 cantomato paste
  17. 1Olive oil
  18. 1 dashcumin
  19. 1 dashoregano
  20. 1 boxparchment paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee half of onions, jalapeños, and garlic until soft. Add tomato paste. Mix with cooked rice and set aside

  2. 2

    Sautee remaining onions, jalapeños, and garlic with 1 minced tomato and poblanos until soft

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth, chopped meat, some lime juice, cumin, oregano and chipotles. Cook on low, covered for 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 425°

  5. 5

    Strain mixture from liquid, spread onto baking pan. Bake 20 minutes until top is browned

  6. 6

    Assemble burritos, wrap in parchment paper, place in freezer
