Steps

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Cream together butter, peanut butter, 1/2 cp sugar and brown sugar.

Add in dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in 1/2 cp sugar.

Set 1 1/2 inch apart on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.

Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.

Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. This will allow the chocolate kiss to stick to the cookie.

Place cookies on baking rack to cool.
