2 tablespoonsoats (about 15 grams)

Ground red pepper
Salt
1 quartwater (about 1 liter)
1bouillon cube

Steps

Rinse the lentils and rice, then place them in a pot with the water.

Add the carrots, oats, spices, and bouillon cube.

Sauté the onion in butter, oil, or ghee until soft, then add it to the soup and let everything simmer together for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
