Salad
1 headNapa cabbage
1 bunchgreen onion
1 packagesRamen noodles - beef flavor
1/3 cupsunflower seed kernels
1/3 cupslivered almonds
Dressing
2 tspsoy sauce
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 tspdry mustard
1/4 cupvinegar
1/2 cupsugar

Chop green onions, and break the noodles.

Sauté noodles in vegetable oil. Mix in with other salad ingredients.

Blend the dressing ingredients together. Toss in salad directly before serving.
