Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice the meat, crush garlic and slice shallots. In a bowl, combine meat, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, shallots and garlic. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Heat pan and brown sesame seeds. Set aside.

In the same pan, heat oil and cook meat for 5 to 10mins or until meat is no longer pink. Add sesame seeds. Serve with buttered rice and siding of corn
