My love for beans dont have part 2.had a heavy lunch today and slept off like a baby.

Parboil the beans with potash for 20minutes.

Rinse twice with different water and place back on fire with water not covering it.

Peel and slice the yam,keep it aside.pound the crayfish and fresh pepper very well.

Slice the onion,grate the ginger and garlic pour them inside the beans.boil it for 25minutes.

Pour in the yam boil for another 25minutes,put the crayfish and fresh pepper and salt.

Boil for 20minutes,put knorr seasoning and salt.pour in the palmoil boil for 10minutes and stir with a spartula.

After 5minutes is done.
