Ingredients

20 minutes
7-8 pieces
  • 2medium potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 cupcottage cheese (paneer crumbled)
  • 1 capsicum (chopped)
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededGreen Coriander chutney
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4Bread slice
  • 1 1/2 tspOil or butter for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a medium size mixing bowl add mashed potato and crumbled cottage cheese add chopped capsicum, onion red chilli powder and salt mix well.

  2. 2

    Take a bread slices cut ends flatten with a help of rolling pin.

  3. 3

    Spread evenly green coriander chutney into a bread slice, place the potato cheese mixture in the corner of the slice roll them nicely.

  4. 4

    Take 1 or 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick tava fry the potato cheese rolls equally.

  5. 5

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
