Combine sugar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Cool after done cooking.

Put butter in a pan and roast the sunflower seeds and almonds until they turn light brown. Be sure not to overcook and burn them.

Thinly slice the green onions

Combine coleslaw, onions, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a large bowl. Pour cooled dressing over and mix.

Add ramen noodles or chow mein noodles immediately before serving. Mix them into mixture well.

Side note: I like alot of dressing so i tend to double the dressing mix but it's not necessary.
