Coarsely chop the peeled shrimp and chicken. I use a food processor to make it faster, hehe.

Mix with sliced green onion, cilantro, and all the seasonings (ground pepper, salt, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, mushroom broth powder) and stir until combined.

Add 2 eggs. Then add rice flour and tapioca flour and mix until smooth.

The siomay mixture is ready to use. Just pour it into instant wonton wrappers and then steam or fry.

Enjoy trying it out. Guaranteed to be addictive and the taste is better than what street vendors sell because the meat flavor is very pronounced 👍👌

How to make the sauce: Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil, when the oil is hot, add the tomato ketchup and wait until it boils, add the ground chilies and garlic, add a little water (don't add too much water, just enough to reach the desired thick sauce texture). Then add a little salt. Taste it. Once it boils, remove from heat. Let it cool and then dip with steamed/fried siomay. It's delicious 😊
