Ingredients

5 to 8 people
  1. Potatoes half kg
  2. Gramflour 1 and half cup
  3. Salt to taste crushed red chillies 2 tsp
  4. GramMasala 1 tsp
  5. Garlic 1 tsp crushed
  6. 1 tspTerra rOsted
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 tspChat Masala
  9. Water as required
  10. 1 tsp crushedAjwain
  11. 1 tsp coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add gram flour

    Add crushed red chillies zeera coriander garam Masala chat Masala salt ajwain cut the potatoes into round shape

    Add water and make a thick paste

  4. 4

    In a frying heat the oil

  5. 5

    When oil is heated coat the potato with gram flour mixture and add in oil

  6. 6

    When pakoray are fry colour in golden

  7. 7

    Pakoras are ready
