Ingredients

  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. 2 tbspLemon juice
  3. 3 tbspRawa
  4. as neededSugar
  5. 1 tspCardamom powder
  6. as neededDry fruits chopped
  7. 1 tbspghee
  8. as neededWater to adjust consistency

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk in a pan and add lemon juice.. Milk will get curdles.. Strain curdled milk and take chena in a plate

  2. 2

    Take rawa, chena, sugar+cardamom powder in a plate and mix well with hakd for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Now add dry fruits and the mixture

  4. 4

    Mix water in the mixture to get a flowy consistency and pour in a tin greased with ghee

  5. 5

    Bake at 180 for 20 mins or in a pan with salt in base for 30 mins

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold
