Ingredients

  1. All purpose flour -220g
  2. Puff pastry margarine-110g
  3. Water-1/4c
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Minced meat -200g
  6. Onion-1
  7. Carrot-1/2
  8. 1/2 bunchCoriander-
  9. Tomatoes - 2large
  10. Lemon juice -1lemon
  11. tspBlack pepper -1/4
  12. Ginger & garlic paste -1tbspn
  13. Oil -1tspn
  14. Egg -1
  15. 1/4 tspTomato paste-

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put flour, p.p margarine,salt mix,add water & kneed.

    Wrap dough in cling film let it rest

  3. 3

    Assemble filling ingredients & prepare

  4. 4

    Fry minced meat,ginger & garlic paste, salt,black pepper,fry & set aside

  5. 5

    Put oil in a pan,fry onions,add tomato puree,grated carrot,coriander & tomato paste

  6. 6

    Let your mixture cook well then add minced meat r

  7. 7

    Take your dough roll & cut circles

  8. 8

    Take your pie cutter place the circles on fill the Note don't overfill,as you preheat you oven @180°©

  9. 9

    Close your pie & remove from cutter,place on a prepared baking tray

  10. 10

    Beat the egg & egg wash your pies Bake for 40min

  11. 11

    Serve
