Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the potatoes, rinse with water.

    Put water in a pot and allow to hot. Add potatoes, oil, grinded scotch bonnet, seasonings, spices, salt and curry.

    Allow to cook, finally add the already cut scallion. Allow to cook for five minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
