Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwhole black urad
  2. 1/4 bowlrajma or red kidney beans
  3. For gravy
  4. 3 spoonbutter
  5. 2 spoonoil
  6. 2 spoongreenchily, garlic,ginger paste
  7. 2tomato puree
  8. 1 spoonkasmiri red chilly powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 spoongaram masala powder
  11. Water as per required

    Wash and soak for whole night both lentils.

    In the morning remove excess water and put in pressure cooker to cook for 5 to 6 whistles. Let it cool down.

    Heat anther pan, pour the oil add little butter.add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and cook until oil is released. Add all masala in it.

    Open cooker mix well dal add all fry masala in to it mix well add water n let be cook on slow flame for 10 min,add butter n mix well.

    Ready to serve,serve hot with rice or chapati.
