Ingredientes

  1. 2tablespoons butter, plus extra greasing
  2. 12crepes (read the recipe for crepe batter)
  3. generous 1 cup cooked cured ham, chopped
  4. 3 1/2ounces fontina cheese, diced
  5. 1quantity Bechamel Sauce (read the recipe for bechamel sauce)
  6. 3tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  7. pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

    Preheat the oven to 400ºF

    Grease an ovenproof dish with the butter

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the crepes with the ham and fontina

  4. 4

    Roll up and arrange in a single layer in the prepared dish

  5. 5

    Pour the bechamel sauce over them, sprinkle with the parmesan and nutmeg and dot with the butter

  6. 6

    Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and bubbling

  7. 7

    Serve the crepes whole or halved diagonally
