Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRed Lentils (Masoor Daal)
  2. 1 cupYellow Lentils (Moong Daal)
  3. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  4. 1 tbspSalt
  5. 1/2 tbspTurmeric Powder
  6. 1 cupOlive Oil
  7. 1/2 tbspCumin Seeds
  8. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  9. 4-6chopped Green Chilies
  10. 5-8Sabit laal mirchi
  11. LeavesGreen Coriander
  12. 1 cupTomato paste (three medium sizes of tomatoes)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large bowl, add red lentils and yellow lentils

  2. 2

    Mix together both lentils, soak for three hours in the water

  3. 3

    After three hours, both lentils pour in a pan, add turmeric, red chilli powder, and water and cook for 10 minutes

    Add tomato paste and pinch of Salt in the boiled lentils

  5. 5

    Another a pan, Add Olive oil and cumin seed and cook for a minute

  6. 6

    Add Seven to Eight Green Chilies and Garlic Paste & cook it

  7. 7

    Add Garlic paste and Sabit Laal Mirchi.cook

  8. 8

    This Tarka is ready,now pour into the boiled lentils and cook again

  9. 9

    Moong Masoor daal ready to eat
