Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsbhindi (ladies finger) washed, dried and chopped
  2. 2medium sized potatoes washed, peeled and chopped
  3. 1medium sized onion washed and chopped
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  8. 1 tspsabji masala
  9. ForDry spices:
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander and cumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes

    In a kadhai take oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it. When mustard seeds crackles add the chopped onion and cook for a while. When it turns pinkish add asafoetida.

    Now add all the dry spices to the kadhai and mix well.

    Now add the chopped potatoes and bhindi to the kadhai. Mix well and add the sabji masala to it.

    Mix well cover and cook till done.
