Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1 cupOats Flour
  2. 1 cupMuesli
  3. 1/4 cupRice Flour
  4. 1Onion, finely chopped
  5. 2Green Chillies, finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  7. 1/2 tspRoasted Cumin Powder
  8. 1/2 tspAmchoor Powder
  9. 2 tbspFresh Coriander, finely chopped
  10. Water as required
  11. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Add the muesli in a mixer jar, blend to a fine powder.

    In a mixing bowl, add the oats flour, rice flour, the muesli powder, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, green chillies, fresh coriander and onions.

    Add water gradually, mix into a smooth, runny batter of pouring consistency. I use a whisk.

    Heat a nonstick tava, grease with a teaspoon of oil.

  5. 5

    Add a ladleful of the ready batter & spread into a circle, cook for 1-2 mins..

    Flip & cook from the other side until golden brown and crisp.

  7. 7

    Serve with Gunpowder / Coconut Chutney or Ketchup.
