Cooking Instructions

In a bowl put flour and add all the dry ingredients. Mix the egg and sugar then add to the flour follwed by lemon rind.

Mix everything together adding milk and knead to form a soft dough. Wrap the dough in a cling film and put in the fridge for 30 min or for a few hours.

On a floured surface roll the dough and cut into desired shapes.
- 4
Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the mandazis flipping both sides until done.
- 5
Serve and enjoy.
