Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsfresh milk
  2. 3 tbspveniger
  3. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add fresh milk,heat d milk,not dat too heat, at least for u to feel d heat when u insert ur finger in to milk while heating.

    Take d milk off d heat,start adding ur veniger little at a time,as soon as u start adding d milk it will start cordling as u can c in d picture, continue adding in till u finish d veniger,use siever to strain,use ur hands to squeeze in d cheese, remove all excess water from it,by stretching and folding

    Add warm.water in bowl,add d pinch of salt,stir,add in d cheese,be pressing it the warm water for.d.salt to go in properly, the salt in d water gives taste to d cheese.

    Through away d warm water,add ice cold water in to bowl,at dis stage give ur cheese a shape then add in to water,be pressing, removing water and keep it's shape for a while then stop

    Wrap d cheese with clinq film,put in a fridge over nite.Your cheese it's ready for use.

    We make bread pizza with our homemade cheese.Ant it was superb,it was amazing,it was tasty,it was stretchy as well.Also it as a purpose of binding.
