Ingredients

  1. 3 cupssabudana
  2. As neededwater
  3. 3boiled potatoes
  4. 1 cuppeanuts
  5. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  6. 3 tbspblack pepper powder
  7. 3 tsppowdered sugar
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 4small chopped green chillies
  10. 6Curry leaves
  11. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  12. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add sabudana and wash it.then add the water and cover the plate. Rest it 4 hours. To check if sabudana is ready to cook, press a pearl between your thumb and index finger. It should smash easily. Set it aside

    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds, green chilli and let them sizzle for few seconds.

    Add the raw peanuts and for another 2-3 minutes.

    Then add boil potatoes,curry leaves cook it 2 min. Then add salt, black pepper, powder sugar mix it well.

    Then add sabudana and mix it well properly and cook for 2 min.

    Serve it hot with green chutney.
