Ingredients

  1. 1 smallCauliflower
  2. 2-3Carrots-
  3. -2Capsicums
  4. 2Onions-
  5. 2Potatoes-
  6. 4-5Beans
  7. as per tasteSalt-
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper powder-
  9. 2 tspRed chilli powder-
  10. -3-4 spoonsButter
  11. 2 tspCoriander powder
  12. 2 tspChaat masala
  13. 2 tspPlain flour
  14. 1 cupMilk
  15. 2 tspGinger garlic paste-
  16. 3-4 spoonsFresh cream
  17. 1 tspJeera- (cumin seeds)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop the veggies in desired shape.

    Heat a pan, add butter 2spoons butter garlic paste, saute for 3-4 minutes add above-mentioned spices mix well.

    Add chopped veggies and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook till tender.

    Now take another pan add rest of the butter and add plain flour and cook for 1-2 minutes add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps make a thick sauce,

    Remove the lid and check the veggies, if cooked properly add white sauce and mix well, add fresh cream.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or chapati.
