Ingredients

  1. 400 gmscauliflower
  2. 4medium size potatoes
  3. 1/3 cuppeas
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. Handfulcoriander
  7. 1/3 cuppeas
  8. as requiredOil for frying
  9. Masale
  10. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  11. 1 tablespoondhaniya powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  14. as neededWater for boiling peas

Cooking Instructions

    First take one pan add water and put peas for boiling. Drain in one bowl

    Cut potatoes, capsicumand cauliflower into small dice and

  3. 3

    Take one frying pan add oil when heatedbfry potatoes and add salt.

  4. 4

    After potatoes fried drain them in one plate and same done with cauliflower and capsicum

  5. 5

    Now drain them too in same plate. Add peas also in it.

  6. 6

    Now drain all oil only 2 tablespoon left add chopped tomatoes and pinch of oil

  7. 7

    Now mess tomatoes till it become gravy. Than add all masala and than add all fried vegetables also

  8. 8

    Mix them well. And leave it for 2 to 3. Mins on low flame. Than add coriander for garnishing. Alu gobhi is ready to serve
