Ingredients

  1. For kadai paneer
  2. 200 gmspaneer
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2onion
  5. 2capsicum
  6. as per tasteKadhai masala
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. 1 tspKasuri methi
  13. 1 tbsp Ghee
  14. For punjabi kheer
  15. 2 litrefull fat milk
  16. 1/2 canmilk made
  17. 200 gmssugar
  18. 1 tsp Cardmom powder
  19. as needed Mixed dry fruit
  20. as requiredDried raisins
  21. strandsSaffron
  22. 1/2 cuprice and 1tbsp sago soak it for 2 hrs

Cooking Instructions

    To make kdhai masal

    Take a pan add black pepper 2-3 then add whole coriander seeds then cumin seeds and kashmir lal mirch 3-4 saute it dried until all the spices releases smell

    Then coarsely grind them keep it aside

    Take another pan add 2tbsp of ghee add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds and chopped onion saute it for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste again saute it

    Now add tomato puree add all the spices and salt now saute it for 5-7 minute until puree releases the ghee

    Now take another pan add ghee 1tsp and cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer add kadhai masala 2-3 tbsp

    Now add these cubes of paneer and vegetables into gravy saute for 2-3 minute

    For punjabi kheer

    Take a deep pan add milk boil it for 45 min. Now add soaked rice and sago again boil it for 20 min.

    Check rice with finger if rice is cooked then add milk made,sugar and saffron strands boil it for 15 min

    Now add mixed dry fruits and cardmom powder

    Let it cool down and served chilled
