Ingredients

  1. Corn flour
  2. Water
  3. Palm oil
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Beans
  6. Locust beans powder
  7. Meat / meat stock
  8. seasoning
  9. Kuka powder

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pot, sieve the corn flour and mix with water, pour it into the boiling water and stir, allow to cook for about mins then bring another corn flour and add while stirring until thick and firm then cover the pot and allow to simmer for about ten mins, then its done.

    For the soup Heat palmoil add in the grated scotch bonnet, beans and locust beans powder add ur boiled or fried meat and meat stock add the seasonings, add in water and allow to cook for at least an hour. When every thing is cooked bring the kuka powder and pour some amount while whisking, when its a little thick then u allow to simmer for a minute or two.
