Ingredients

  1. 1/2coconut scrapped
  2. 2shallot onion
  3. 3Garlic
  4. 1 tspJeera
  5. 7-8Bedgi dry red chilli
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspcurd
  8. leavesFew curry
  9. For seasoning
  10. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  11. 1 tbspurad (whole or daal)
  12. 1dry red chilli
  13. as requiredfew Curry leaves
  14. 1 pinchasafoetida
  15. 1 tbsp big size mustard

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients (not seasoning ingredients) together. With help of some water, run it in mixie jar

  2. 2

    Shift into another vessel. Prepare seasoning. Take coconut oil, add urad, mustard, curry leaves and Red chilli. Once mustard crackled, add this to chuteny.

    Mix it. Serve with Dosa or Idlis.
