  2. 2 tablespoonsheavy cream (35%)
  3. 1 tablespooncoconut flour
  4. 32 galmond flour (about 1/3 cup)
  5. Sweetener to taste: stevia, xylitol, or erythritol
  6. Topping (optional): shredded coconut or unsweetened cocoa p

    Mix all the ingredients together and form small balls. Roll them in shredded coconut or cocoa powder, then place them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
