Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBasmati rice
  2. 1.5 cupsugar
  3. 5to green cardamom
  4. 1 pinchyellow food colour
  5. 1 cupghee
  6. Few drops kewra essence
  7. 1/4 cupsliced almonds
  8. Pista as much you like
  9. 1/4 cupRaisins
  10. 8-10Gulab jaman
  11. 8-10Rasgulla
  12. 1/2 cupkhoya
  13. 1/2 cupashrafi

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big pan and add 8 cups of water,food colour and cover the lid.

    When start boiling add rice and boil them fully then strain them.

  3. 3

    In the same pan add ghee and green cardamom and fry them on medium low heat.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar and little water cook it until sugar dissolves well.

  5. 5

    Then add boiled rice and cooked on medium flame until sugar water dries.

    Add nuts, Khoya, ashrafi, and kewra water and cover the lid for 5 to 10 mins.

    After 10 mins turn off the flame keep the pot covered.

    Dish out rice And garnish with, Khoya, nuts, gulab jaman and Rasgulla.
