    Piyaz ko slice krlain.oil garamkr ky piyaz ko golden fry krky oil sy nikal lain.piyaz ko hath sy choora krlain ya hawan dasty mein cott lain.

    Oil mein sabut garammasala add krain.adrak lahsan paste add kar ky 2 min fry krain. Mutton add krdain aur bhonain jab tak ky colour change hojye.masaly add krdain bhonain jab oil upar ajye tu piyaz add krdain.5 min bhoon ky 2 cup water add krdain aur medium flame py cook hony dain.

    Jab gosht taqreebn soft hojye aur water dry hony lagy tu dahi mix krain.aloo ko quarters mein cut kar ky add krdain.1-11/2 cup water add krain.aloo galany aur gravy ky lye.

    Jab aloo tender hojain tu shorba/gravy check krain. Apny taste ky hissab sy adjust krlain.agr thick ho tu water add krlain.harimirchain add krdain aur flame off
