Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava/sooji
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2 tbspchopped carrots
  4. 2 tbspchopped beans
  5. 1 tbspchopped capsicum
  6. 1/2 tspChana dal
  7. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  8. Pinchturmeric powder
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the Rava and let it cool aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and Chana dal, let it splutter, then add chopped onion and saute for few minutes.

    Now add chopped carrots, beans, and capsicum, Mix well. Add turmeric powder and salt. Add little water and let the veggies cook.

    Then lower the flame and add the roasted Rava a little at a time and little water and keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook and stir for another 5 mins. Serve hot.
