Chinese food is favourite amongst all. Usually the way we cook chinese food is a type of Indo Chinese fusion food. Ginger, garlic and green chillies are used a lot which gives a very nice flavour to the food and it makes it very tasty. Chinese vegetable fried rice is a very simple and easy recipe which can be prepared quickly and it can be served with noodles and manchurian gravy.

Ingredients

  1. 6 cupscooked basmati rice
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped green chillies
  6. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  7. 1/2 cupfinely chopped carrot
  8. 1/2 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  9. 1/2 cupfinely chopped green beans
  10. 1/2 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  11. 1/2 tspMSG (optional)
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  15. 2 tspvinegar
  16. 1/2 cupfinely chopped spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop all the vegetables. Cook basmati rice. While cooking rice make sure that it is not sticky and all the grains are separated.

    Heat oil in a pot and add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it and cook it on high heat until garlic is light pink in colour. Now add all the vegetables to it and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Now add black pepper powder, salt, MSG, soya sauce and vinegar to it and mix everything well.

    Now add cooked basmati rice to it and mix everything well. Cook it on medium heat for 2 minutes.

    Garnish it with spring onion and serve along with noodles, manchurian gravy or paneer chilli.
