Pumpkin and Shrimp Tamales Pumpkin and Shrimp Tamales
A recipe my mother has made since I was a child, which she learned from my grandmother, who in turn learned it from one of her aunts, I believe. This is a seasonal dish (because of the pumpkin). The approximate amount serves 10 to 12 people, based on the amount of dough, since you'll likely have leftover filling (it always happens to me, the filling goes a long way). I hope you enjoy it. eva_02dic82Translated from Cookpad Mexico
