    Take a pan and add oil to it.

    Cut the boiled potatoes.

    Add boiled potatoes to this pan.

    Add masala to it.

  5. 5

    For masala: coriander powder add chili powder turmeric powder salt mix it well. Masala is ready

    Add this masala to the boiled potatoes.

  7. 7

    Mix it well. Make crispy potatoes.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle coriander leaves in it. Mix it well and serve with roti and paratha.
