Ingredients

  1. For Bundi:👇🏻
  2. 1 cupchickpea flour
  3. 1 cupwater1
  4. 1 pinchbaking soda
  5. 1 pinchorange food color
  6. As Required Ghee or oil for frying
  7. For syrup: 👇🏻
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 pinchorange food color
  11. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  12. As Required Chopped pistachios for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First, sift gram flour. Prepare a medium-thick batter by adding water and orange food color as needed.

    To make bundi, once the oil is hot, fry the Bundi with fine-grain jaara. (Wash and use jaara every time while making Bundi).

    To make syrup: Take 1 bowl of sugar and 1 bowl of water in a pan. Add cardamom powder, a pinch of orange food color to it. Reduce the flame slowly and add all the bundi to the hot syrup and cover it for five minutes. Switch off the gas and let it cool for five to seven minutes. Now prepare its laddu garnished with wadi pistachios. Motichoor Ladoo is ready.
