Ingredients

  1. For idli -
  2. 1/2 kgrice
  3. 1 tbspmethi seeds
  4. 250 gramurad dal
  5. 1 bowlthick poha
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. Fir coconut chutney -
  8. 1 big coconut
  9. leavesCurry
  10. 2 tbspmustard seeds
  11. 3dry red chilli
  12. 1tso hing
  13. 2-3green chillies
  14. 3-4garlic cloves
  15. 1 pieceginger
  16. 1 bowlroasted chana daal
  17. 2 tbspoil
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. For sambar - 2 bowl toor daal
  20. 2tomatoes
  21. 2drumstick
  22. leavescoriander
  23. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  24. 3dry
  25. 2 tbspmustard seeds
  26. leavesSome curry

  28. 1 tspturmeric powder

  30. some tamarind pulp
  31. 2 tbspkashmiri mirch masala

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take all d above ingredients together, take rice and urad dal clean and wash and soak overnight or 4 to 5 hours soak pohaalso after that grind seperately rice and dal and poha also after that take a big container add grinded rice daal and poha and make a batter add some salt and keep a side for fermentation 3 to 4 hours or overnight, after that take idli mould grease with oil and add batter into the mould.

    Switch on d gas and keep the idli mould in the gas add water ffor steaming and keep d idli mould in d steamer cover d lid and steam d idli 25 to 30 minutes.

    Now make a coconut chutney take a coconut cut into small pieces take a mixture jar add coconut pieces, roasted chana daal, green chillies, garlic cloves and 1 ginger piece salt as per taste and grind ina fine paste.

    Now heat d tadka pan add oil if oil is hot add mustard seeds, hing curry leaves and red chilli.

    Saute for a minute and pour d tadka into the chutney mixture, now our chutney also ready.

    Now make a sambar take toor daal clean and wash nicely, cut d drumstick and remove d tread cut d tomatoes into small pieces now add tomatoes and drumstick pieces into d daal add turmeric powder 1 tsp oil and little salt and boil in d pressure cooker 3 to 4 whistle now above all d ingredients together.

    Heat d container add oil if oil is hot add mustard seeds, hing, red chillies curry leaves.

    Saute for a minutes and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sambar masala, and kashmiri chilli powder mix it well add little water and cook for a minutes.

    Now add boiled daal and drumstick mix it well and cook add water as you need thickness add coriander leaves and cook 2 to 3 boil.

    Now our delicious healthy, yummy, tasty, neutricious healthy breakfast idli sambar and coconut chutney is ready to serve.
