Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppalak
  2. 1 cupgreen peas
  3. 5/6potatoes
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 1 tspchaat masala
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspginger garlic
  8. 1 tspperi -peri
  9. 1 cupbread crums
  10. 2 tspcorn flour
  11. 1 cupkaju
  12. as required Oil for deep frying

    Take palak cut and wash, boil it

    Boil green peas

  3. 3

    Take mixer jar put boil palak and green peas and make paste

  4. 4

    Remove paste in bowl put ginger garlic paste mix well

  5. 5

    Add garam masala, chaat masala, salt, peri-peri masala, bread crums an mix well

    Add boil potatoes an mash with hands add corn flour and mix properly

  7. 7

    Make balls and keep kaju on top of Kabab.

    Deep fry till it changes to red brown

  9. 9

    An your yummy Hara Bhara Kabab is ready to serve
