Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 8tomatoes
  2. 2carrots
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1beet root
  5. 1/4 bottlegourd
  6. 2green chillies crushed
  7. 1small piece ginger crushed
  8. 4 clovesgarlic crushed
  9. 1 tspjeera
  10. 1/4 tsphing
  11. 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  12. 2 tspghee
  13. 2 tspjaggery
  14. 1small stick cinnamon
  15. 2cloves
  16. as required Salt to taste
  17. as required Water
  18. as required Chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and roughly cut all veggies. Cook till 3 whistles in cooker. Let it cool completely.

    Grind it in mixture by adding water. Strain it.

  3. 3

    Take a pan, add ghee, hing, jeera, cinnamon and cloves. Saute it a while,. Now add crushed green chillies, ginger and garlic, saute it.

    Add soup in it. Add water as needed. When boiling starts, add salt, jaggery and crushed black pepper. Boil for 1 minute more.

    Ready to serve hot and healthy soup. Sprinkle some fresh green coriander. Enjoy...
