Ingredients

  1. 250-300 gKorean vermicelli
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 1Green bell pepper 🫑
  5. Meat marination
  6. 4 slicesUnsmoked slice bacon or any sliced meat
  7. 1 table spoonSoy sauce
  8. 1/2 table spoonSugar
  9. 1 tea spoonSugar
  10. 2Garlic cloves (grated)
  11. 1/2 table spoonWhite sesame
  12. Black pepper
  13. Sauce
  14. 3 table spoonSoy sauce
  15. 1 table spoonSugar
  16. 1/2 table spoonSesame oil
  17. 1Garlic clove (grated)
  18. 1 tea spoonDashida powder
  19. Salt
  20. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and cook Korean vermicelli for 7 mins.

    Cut meat in strips. Add meat marination ingredients and keep it for 5-10 mins.

  3. 3

    Cut all the vegetables in strips. Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry them. Set them aside in a bowl.

    Heat some sesame oil in the same pan and cook marinated meat.

  5. 5

    Once the vermicelli is cooked, drain water and cool it down with running water. Cut them to shorter length with a scissors.

    Combine vegetables, vermicelli and meat in the pan.

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and add them in the pan.

    Adjust to your taste with salt or other seasonings. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
