Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer cuubes
  2. 1carrot chopped
  3. 1small capsicum chopped
  4. 1large size onion sliced
  5. 1 Tspsliced ginger
  6. 2 Tbspvegetable oil, 1 Tsp ghee
  7. 1/2 Tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/3 Tspgarlic granules
  9. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 Tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1/3 Tspgaram masala powder
  13. Salt as required
  14. 2-3basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Fry the paneer cuubes. Heat rest leftover oil and ghee in the same pan. Add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.

    Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Then mix chopped ginger, chopped carrot into the pan.

    Mix well and and add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Next add coriander powder, garlic granules and garam masala powder. Mix well and pour chopped green capsicum.

    Now mix fried paneer cubes and basil leaves. Cook covered for a minute. The delicious and protein rich paneer masala is ready to serve.
