  2. 2Brinjals
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2 Tbspoil
  5. 1 tspmustard seed +cumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsptermaric powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water to need

    Cut Brinjals in pieces add broad been seeds and water wash it

    Heat cooker add oil add mustard seed cumin seeds Asafoetida broad bean seeds and salt to taste termaric powder coriander powder red chilli powder mix it proper

    Add little water close cooker after 1 whistle heat off cut tamato add tamato put it on slow flame for 2mins

    Sabji is ready Delicious broad been seeds and Brinjals sabji ready to serve with roti
