  1. 2 cupsmall gobhi florets
  2. 1/2 cupmatar
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  6. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  7. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  8. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  11. 1/2 tspdhania powder
  12. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 1 tbspchopped dhania patta

Cooking Instructions

    Boil gobhi for 2 minutes, strain it, keep aside. Also boil matar, strain it, keep aside.

    Take a wok or pan, add oil & butter, heat it. In goes green chilli, garlic & ginger, cook it for 3 minutes.

    Now add onion, stir fry it for 3 minutes.

    In goes gobhi florets, stir fry it for a minute.

    Now add haldi powder, dhania powder, salt & matar, stir fry it for a minute.

    Sprinkle lil water, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until gobhi is completely cooked. Stir in between.

    Open the lid, add garam masala powder & dhania patta, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaf...pair it with Roti or Paratha...
