Kothambir Vadi is originally a Maharashtrian dish. Which is very common like we make fenugreek vadi in winters, similarly kothambir vadi is made in maharashtra but there are a few different ways. Here I have made this vadi by taking wheat, ragi, gram flour and rice flour.
