Ingredients

  1. 1 CupMakhanas
  2. 1 CupGrated Paneer
  3. 1/4 CupGrated Carrot 🥕
  4. 1/4 CupChopped Capsicum 🫑
  5. 2Green / red Chillies chopped
  6. Sendha / normal Salt 🧂 to Taste
  7. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  8. 2-3 tbspSamak / Kuttu / Rajgira Flour
  9. 2 CupsWarm water

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak Makhanas in warm water for 10 Minutes.
    In Bowl add Paneer, Carrot, Capsicum, Soaked Makhanas, Salt to Taste, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chillies, Rajgira Flour.

    Mix Everything and knead the dough.
    Take a small amount of Dough and make Tikkis
    Cook these Tikkies on Non-stick Tawa or Shallow fry with a little bit of Ghee /oil

    Enjoy with Green Coriander Chutney.

    Note … you can have this healthy tikki in fasting also
