Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMoong dal
  2. 3-4green chilli
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. Half teaspoon salt
  5. 1 spoonbaking soda
  6. 1 teaspoonRai
  7. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  8. 10-15curry leaves

    Firstly soak the daal for 4-5 hours.

    Then grind the dal with ginger and chilli and make a fine paste.

    Then mix baking soda and salt in the batter.Then add batter in katori of steamer.And put it in steamer to cook for 10 minutes.

    Now take this out in one plate,Then take a wok and heat the oil add rai,sesame seeds and curry leaves.

    Then add dhokla in it and mix it.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
