Here I have given a healthy twist to it ... hope u ll like it...enjoy...

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmaida
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspajwain
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 cupmashed boiled potatoes
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1/4 tsphing
  8. 1/4 tspjeera
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspdhania powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1 tspamchur powder
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspdesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it, in goes hing & jeera, let it splutter.

    Add in aloo, mix it well. In goes salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder & amchur powder, mix it well. Lower the flame, stir fry it for 5 minutes, keep mashing it, add ghee now, mix it well, stir fry it until dry, turn off the flame, take out in a bowl, allow it to cool down, keep aside.

    Now take a mixing bowl, add maida, salt, ajwain & oil (adjustable), mix it nicely, add water slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes, add 1 tsp oil, knead it again, keep aside.

    Take med sized portions of the dough, roll it in oval shape, make a lil thin sheet, cut it from the middle.

    Give the shape of cone, fill it with the stuffing accordingly, seal the edges, keep aside. Make all the samosas in the same manner.

    Line the baking tray with a baking sheet, place the samosas, brush some milk.

    Pre heat the oven on 200 degree celcius, bake them for 25-30 minutes. Turn off the oven, take out in 2 minutes, plate it, serve it with imli chutney...
