Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer
  2. 2capsicum
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 cupfresh cream
  7. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  11. 1 table spoonbutter
  12. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  13. 1small cinnamon stick
  14. 1bay leaf
  15. 2cloves
  16. 2cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add paneer cubes, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside.

    Grind the onion and tomato into a fine paste.keep it in a separate bowl.

    Keep a fry pan on medium heat add butter, cumin seeds,bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamom, saute till it split. Then add the onion paste and ginger garlic paste, mix well. Add tomato paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder, give a nice mix.

    Now add the garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt, saute for a few minutes. Add half a cup of water, mix it well.let it cook until thickened.

    Then add fresh cream, marinated paneer and capsicum pieces. Mix well. Add little water to adjust the consistency.Cook for five minutes in low flame.Creamy paneer capsicum subji is ready to serve.

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy the tasty creamy paneer capsicum subji with chapati, phulka or roti.
