#sakranti#lohriI can't imagine Lohri and Sankranti without Churma. I remember my dad making churma with parathas, gur and ghee. A very simple and rustic dish with lots of love. So churma is something which is very close to my heart. SO this year I tried this typical churma recipe. I have sweetened it with gur instead of sugar so this makes it a very healthy and nutritious recipe. Addition of lots of ghee and nuts makes it rich as well. Swati -
